My Books

Different themes, connected by the question of what we truly perceive for ourselves

My books explore different areas of our lives, yet at their heart they are concerned with a similar question: how much of what we take for granted about ourselves, about life and about our perception have we truly experienced for ourselves?

I write about spirituality and energy, but also about self-deception, intuition, wonder, nature and the patterns that often shape our lives without us fully noticing them. My aim is not to offer ready-made answers. Each book opens a different perspective and invites the reader to look again at familiar assumptions for themselves.

One leads back to the perception of energy, another to the stories we tell ourselves, and another to that sense of aliveness that can grow quieter in everyday life. For me, they still belong together. They all move within the space between what we have learned to believe and what we may discover for ourselves.

Become Magical Again book cover

Become Magical Again

The Return to Your True Self

“Become Magical Again” is about a kind of magic that has nothing to do with an invented world or complicated spiritual methods. It is about that immediate relationship with life which can easily grow quieter amid routine, everyday functioning and the expectations placed upon us from outside.

The book turns towards wonder, intuition, nature, stillness and those small moments in which we begin to perceive more closely again. Fire, water, earth, air and ether accompany this journey as different ways of approaching experience and connection.

It is an invitation not to search for something extraordinary, but to rediscover how much aliveness can be found in what has long been present within us and around us.

I – Your Best Liar book cover

I – Your Best Liar

The Story of Self-Manipulation

“I – Your Best Liar” explores the stories we tell ourselves, often so convincingly that we eventually come to regard them as truth. The book follows self-manipulation through different stages of life and shows how beliefs, expectations, fear, conformity and the desire for approval can shape the choices we make.

Here, self-manipulation itself speaks directly to the reader. Rather than being explained from the outside, it reveals how quietly it can weave itself into our thoughts, relationships and life decisions. The book does not set out to provide ready-made solutions, but to create moments of recognition and draw attention to the inner patterns that can remain unquestioned for a long time.

At its heart lies the question of how much of what we believe about ourselves has truly arisen from our own perception, and how much we may have absorbed along the way without ever looking at it again for ourselves.

New Reiki – Zurück zum Ursprung von Stefan Galbavi

New Reiki

Back to the Source

“New Reiki – Back to the Source” looks at Reiki beyond symbols, levels and fixed external structures. At its heart are simplicity, presence and the direct personal perception of energy. The book asks what remains of Reiki when inherited ideas are not simply accepted, but looked at again through one’s own experience.

The energy itself speaks to the reader throughout the book, guiding them through fundamental reflections on perception, connection and self-initiation. The aim is not to replace one method with another, but to create more space for personal experience.

At its core lies the question of whether Reiki is something that must be given from the outside, or whether it can also be understood as a direct experience that does not depend on symbols, levels or external intermediaries.
